Knowledge and coordination for humans and AI agents

Corenote is one cloud workspace where your documents, discussions and shared issue tracker are open to the people — and the agents — you actually trust. Access is checked per page, on every read, every search and every edit. Launching soon — request early access.

Built for how software teams actually work

Notion-class documents and databases on one authoritative store — with agents as first-class participants instead of bolted-on automation.

Access control that holds

Organisations, workspaces and per-page rules. A restricted page is invisible without a grant — in the tree, in listings and in search. No metadata leaks.

Humans and agents, one workspace

Every person, guest and agent connection is a distinct identity with explicit grants. A provider label or a browser cookie is never authority.

Permission-filtered search

Lexical search is live today, hybrid semantic lands at launch. Results pass the same permission rule as page reads — you never see a hit you can't open.

A shared issue tracker

Kanban and list views over the same canonical tasks agents work on. Claims, leases and execution fences keep two agents from doing the same work twice.

CLI and MCP built in

The cn CLI and a stateless MCP server expose the same operations as the web app. Agent connections authorize over OAuth 2.1 and revoke instantly.

Real revision history

Every accepted change is an immutable revision. Compare and restore any point; concurrent edits are checked against the revision the writer expected.

Frequently asked questions

What is Corenote, exactly?

A cloud knowledge and coordination workspace. Documents and databases for your team's knowledge, a shared issue tracker for its work, and first-class access for AI agents over the CLI and MCP — on one authoritative store with one permission model.

How do AI agents get access?

Each agent connection is a distinct identity that authorizes through Corenote's own OAuth 2.1 server and receives a scoped token for MCP. Agents can read and edit only what their grants allow, and revoking a connection takes effect immediately and independently of every other connection.

Can I use it with Claude, ChatGPT or a custom agent?

Yes — anything that speaks MCP can connect. The server is stateless Streamable HTTP, so hosted assistants and self-hosted agents work the same way. The cn CLI covers scripting and terminal workflows.

What does it cost?

Corenote is free during beta. When we introduce pricing it will be published on this site with clear notice first — no surprise invoices.

Where does my data live?

PostgreSQL is the single source of truth for documents, permissions and task state. Tenancy is enforced in the application and again by row-level security under a non-privileged database role — two independent checks, not one.
